Our Quality Process
Drawing Review
Every job starts with a drawing review. We check for DFM issues, material callouts, tolerance feasibility and surface finish specification before quoting.
Material Verification
Raw material is verified against the required grade and specification. Material traceability is maintained throughout the job.
In-Process Inspection
First-article inspection after cutting and bending. Welds are visually inspected to AWS standards. Dimensions checked at each stage.
Surface Finish Verification
Coating adhesion, film thickness and colour are verified against specification before parts leave the finishing department.
Final Inspection & Despatch
Completed parts are final-inspected, packed to protect the finish, and despatched with any required documentation.
Certifications & Standards
[ADD CERTIFICATIONS: ISO 9001, CE marking, any industry-specific approvals, weld procedure qualifications, etc. List them here once available.]
